Ronin, our newest baby boy Blue and Gold Macaw. Ronin was hatched on August 21st, 2017 in Elk Grove, California and brought home October 13th 2017 to Sparks, Nevada.

Ronin was purchased from getgoldenwings.com, a responsible Northern California Macaw Breeder.

Ronin is a very large male macaw with an even bigger personality. He can be very curious at times, is learning fast and loves attention.

The meaning behind the name Ronin is "Joyful Song".

Size: Blue and Gold Macaws are large birds and can reach lengths of up to 33 inches from the beak to the end of the tail feathers.
